  • Position: Graduate Associate – Marsh Graduate Development Program (Based in Taiwan)

The Marsh Graduate Development Program (MGDP) is a 2-year rotational program open to a select group of highly-motivated university graduates. It is designed to support, develop, and challenge you in preparation for your career progression within Marsh.

In addition to structured trainings and exposure to a wide range of learning opportunities focusing on business development and client servicing needs, you will be rotated to different business areas which will allow you to take on real responsibilities within the team and apply them in actual projects involving clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research changes in the insurance and clients market and identify the potential risks
  • Analyze and provide insights on client challenges through data analysis
  • Research internal products and services to tailor for clients solutions
  • Attend meetings with client or carriers along with manager
  • Provide quantitative analysis on premiums and claims to clients
  • Day to day servicing of clients
  • Maintain relationships with clients and global insurance markets
  • Maintain and update client/carrier information
  • Prepare client meeting materials and presentations
  • Prepare billing slips and endorsements

Requirement:

  • Bachelor & Master Degrees holder in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Legal or any relevant discipline
  • Open to Fresh Graduate or less than 1 year working experience
  • Interest to build your career in the insurance and risk management industry
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills in both oral and written English and local languages.
  • Demonstrated Leadership qualities in school, work or community activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Position: Taiwan Marsh Part-Time Intern

Duration: 1st July, 2022- 30th June, 2023 (6 months or 12 months contract)

Working Hours: 12 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the research and development of sales presentations and preparations for client meetings.
  • Assist Client Sales Executive in performing day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Day to day servicing of clients, maintain relationships with client
  • Maintain and update client/carrier information
  • Prepare meeting materials, billing slips and endorsements

Requirement:

  • Final Year Bachelor or Final Year Master Student with major in insurance, risk management, legal or other relevant discipline
  • Good communication skills in both oral and written English and local languages
  • Demonstrated Leadership qualities in school, work or community activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
