PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE
The principal objective of the Nuna Brand Co-ordinator is to be the main contact for the Japanese market and other selected export markets she/he is responsible for.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Main Marketing contact for selected distribution markets, provide support and guidance for all Nuna marketing activities
- Analyze distribution markets and provide recommendations for execution of brand activities
- Support the product launch plan for selected distribution markets
- Support local execution of the global brand strategy as well as marketing campaigns
- Provide support to all markets regarding brand activation: Social Media, PR, Events, Digital Activities, Celebrity & Influencer Marketing
- Co-operate with distributors on channel strategy and trade marketing initiatives with key accounts & retailers:
- Instore
- Online
- Retail Marketing plans
- Support distributors on needed marketing tools via Project Management System Wrike
- Organize distribution of brand tools for distributors such as fabric swatches, giveaways
- Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Act as a proactive member of the International Marketing Team
- Manage and keep track of each distributor’s marketing budget and invoices
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing communication or related field preferred
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Strong project management & communication capability
- Highly organized and with great attention to details
OTHER
- Language requirements:
- Japanese Mother language or Japan N1 language level is a must
- Business English level
- Experience of working with a multi-national organization is a plus
