 【報名期間】

2024年9月1日至9月30日

 

【參加對象】

限臺灣師大在校生(113-1學期仍在學，不含在職專班及國語教學中心學生)，並於2023年10月1日至2024年9月30日期間，於同一校外實習機構參與產業實習(不含教學實習、教育實習)累計時數達60(含)小時以上者。**須提供完成時數證明，形式不拘** 實習證明參考範本

參賽者請使用G Suite for NTNU帳號上傳作品(1張實習照片及200-400字故事內容)及證明文件(點選繳交資料說明)至以下網址：https://forms.gle/KqEFaTQhVRroKGu56

 

【評選方式】

(一)評選基準

1.相片與文字能切合實習情形(30%)。

2.實習心得與收獲(30%)。

3.實習對未來職涯發展的影響(40%)。

(二)評選流程

1.初選：由主辦單位評選出前30名作品，進入人氣票選及決選。

2.人氣票選：30名進入決選作品將於職涯發展中心臉書進行人氣票選。

3.決選：2024年10月29日12:20-14:00(原訂10月25日因逢期中考，故調整至10月29日)

由評選小組進行書審及口頭簡報評選，並公告獲獎作品。

 

【參賽獎勵方式】

參加獎：前150名參賽者贈送「超商禮券200元」

入圍獎：初選入圍30名參賽者贈送「時尚手機斜背繩」

人氣獎：臉書票選前10名，頒發獎金新臺幣1,000元

決選獎：

第一名：頒發獎金新臺幣6,000元及獎狀1張

第二名：頒發獎金新臺幣5,000元及獎狀1張

第三名：頒發獎金新臺幣4,000元及獎狀1張

佳作：頒發獎金新臺幣2,000元及獎狀1張

留任獎：獲得實習機構留任並取得正職工作，頒發獎金新臺幣2,000元

 

【注意事項】

(一)參賽者須擁有參賽作品的所有權，且參賽作品不得有其他競賽的獲獎記錄。

(二)參賽作品於投稿時即同意無償授權主辦單位運用圖片與說明文字等相關資料、製作成視聽作品(影片)與數位形式檔案，提供教學、研究與公共服務用途等非營利目的之檢索、瀏覽、下載、列印或發表分享。

(三)參賽作品須為本人原創，且無抄襲、仿冒或侵犯隱私等情事，否則將取消參賽資格或追回獎勵；如造成任何第三人權益損失之法律責任，由參賽者自行負責。

(四)如有未盡事宜，主辦單位保有變更權利。

【2024 Internship Story Contest】

Share your internship stories to get gift vouchers and win cash prizes!

 

Submission Period: September 1-30, 2024

 

Eligibility:

Entrants must be NTNU current students (as of Fall semester 2024, students of in-service programs or MTC are excluded) who have completed 60 hours or above of internship (teaching and educational practicums excluded) at the same off-campus internship organization between 1^st Oct., 2023 and 30^th Sep., 2024.

 

How to Enter:

Each entrant should use your G Suite for NTNU accounts to upload your entry (one photo and 200-400 words of story) and proof documents (click for more information) to below link: https://forms.gle/KqEFaTQhVRroKGu56

 

Judging Criteria:

1. The relevance of photo and words to internship experience (30%)
2. Internship reflections and benefits (30%)
3. Impact on future career development (40%)

 

Selection Process:

1. Preliminary Round:

30 entries will be selected based on the judging criteria to move on to the Popular Vote and Final Round.

2. Popular Vote:

The 30 entries of finalists will be published on the official Facebook of the Career Center for the Popular Vote.

3. Final Round:

The judging panel will select top 3 and honorable mentions winners based on entries and oral presentation in the Final Round. The winners will be announced on the website of the Career Center at https://careercenter.ntnu.edu.tw/.

 

 Prizes:

• Participation Prize: NT$200 gift vouchers for 150 early-bird entrants
• Finalist Award: Fashionable Phone straps for 30 finalists
• Popularity Award: NT$1,000 (Top 10 entries)
• Final Round Award:
  • 1st Prize: NT$6,000 and certificate
  • 2nd Prize: NT$5,000 and certificate
  • 3rd Prize: NT$4,000 and certificate
  • Honorable Mention: NT$2,000 and certificate
  • Intern-to-Employee Award: NT$2,000

 

 Important Notice:

1. Entrants must have the ownership of their submitted entries, which have no winning records in previous contests.
2. Entrants grants the organizer the right for free to use their entries (photos and words of stories) to reproduce into audio-visual works (films) and digital-format files for non-profit purposes of teaching, research, public services, etc. in searching, browsing, downloading, printing, and presenting or sharing.
3. Any submitted entry must be original work created by the entrant without involving plagiarism, duplication, or invading privacy, otherwise it will be disqualified or stripped of its prize. Any loss claimed by any third party should be imputed to the entrant.
4. The organizer reserves the right to modify any details of the contest at sole discretion.
