【Training and Development】

Eclat provides a comprehensive range of training and development programs, including entry-level orientation and professional training, general competency training, advanced professional training, on-the-job training, and management training. Eclat’s Human Resources Division plans the training programs and allocates resources to teams according to their training and development needs.

In 2019, we spent TWD1,529,000 on employee learning and development and provided 230,686 man-hours of training. On average, each employee received over 14 hours of training that year.

In order to maintain competitiveness, Eclat is committed to providing training and workshops on new technology to all managers and staff.

Independent experts are hired to run cutting-edge training and workshops, and some managers receive company backing to attend third-party workshops.

In addition to training programs, each department manager schedules specific on-the-job training to enrich employee learning experience and to enable those who have had successful experience to pass on their knowledge so as to help employees maximize their potential and performance. On-the-job training is designed to enhance individual competency for assigned tasks and personal developmental needs.

Eclat’s investment in training and development enables employees to achieve their goals more efficiently and develop their professional competencies more effectively.
